Peacefully on Monday September 21, 2020 at Groves Memorial Community Hospital. Phil Lamantia in his 57th year was the loving father of Phillip, Daniel and Adam Lamantia and will always be remembered by his sister, Heather Renshaw (Harry).

Arrangements entrusted to MacIntyre Family Funeral Home, 5399 Wellington Road 52, Erin. A celebration of Phillip’s life will be held at a later date.
