Jean is lovingly remembered by her husband of 65 years, Richard Fines, their daughter Victoria (David Scott), their grandsons Jonathan and Michael Taylor (Jessica) and their great-grandson Paul. Also fondly remembered by her brothers, John and Hugh Jackson, her brother-in-law Bill Fines and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Jean is pre-deceased by her parents, Alex and Mary Jackson, brother Don Jackson, son-in-law Paul Taylor and sisters-in-law Marg, Glenna and Lynda.
Jean was raised on a farm in Erin Township. Before starting a family, she worked for Bell as an operator in Shelburne. She loved to travel, spend time playing with her grandsons and enjoying the outdoors with Richard by her side.
