Guy Smith Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Guy, age 56. He passed peacefully on Febuary 5th 2019 at Brampton Civic hospital surrounded by his loving wife and daughters. He is survived by his wife, Jacquie, his daughter and son-in-law, Natasha and Stephan, and his daughter, Alexis. He will be remembered and live on in the memories of his brothers, sisters, cousins, aunts, uncles, and all of his family.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, Febuary 9th, 2019 from 1 p.m. - 3 p.m., at MacIntyre Family Funeral Home, 5399 Wellington Road 52, Erin.
Those who so desire may make memorial donations in memory of Guy to the OSPCA, Upper Credit Humane Society, or the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada. Cards will be available at the funeral home or you may send the family a condolence at www.macintyrefamilyfuneralhome.com
